Role
Own your future and join us as a Team Leader at our Cherry Trees Day Nursery in Cranfield. This role is full-time (40 hours a week) and you will work a variety of shifts between 07:30-18:30, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks of the year. You will be room-based, leading a team caring for children aged 0-5 years old.

Qualifications and Requirements
Your knowledge, skills and character qualities make you the perfect Team Leader. You are:
- Passionate about making learning fun; your EYFS knowledge and Key Person experience enables you to inspire young children to reach their full potential.
- Naturally nurturing; you care about others and their well-being and the children (and colleagues) in your care feel happy and safe.
- An advocate for partnership working; you thrive as part of a team, are a positive role model and you enjoy building meaningful and respectful relationships with others.
