About the role

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join our management team at Knowle Green Day Nursery (133 places). This is a supernumerary role, working alongside the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.

You will:

  • Lead the ongoing review and evaluation of practice to ensure outstanding quality of teaching
  • Inspire colleagues through your strong EYFS knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
  • Support and coach colleagues to deliver the very best early years practice
  • Act as part of the leadership team, taking joint responsibility for the nursery in the Manager’s absence

About you

  • Qualified with a full and relevant Early Years qualification
  • A natural leader with experience in mentoring, coaching and supporting teams in an early years setting
  • Passionate about inspiring children and colleagues alike, with a nurturing and collaborative approach
  • Strong communicator, able to build effective partnerships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies
