Location: Hampstead Gate Day Nursery | Bradwell Common, Milton Keynes | MK13 8RD.

Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year.

Working pattern: Monday-Friday | Alternating weekly shifts of 08:00-16:30 and 08:30-17:00 (with some flexibility required to suit the needs of the nursery).

Salary: £25,389-£30,517.50 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.02-£15.65 per hour.

About you

  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care: You have experience of working in a busy front-of-house role, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, answering queries by phone, email and face-to-face in a polite, professional manner.
  • You are a skilled IT user: Your attention to detail and experience of using computer-based systems will ensure you can effectively log enquiries, maintain family records, create accurate invoices and manage queries relating to charges and discounts.
  • You are an advocate for safeguarding: You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their well-being is promoted.
  • You are collaborative: You thrive as part of a team, enjoy building strong and positive relationships with others, are highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and can confidently support the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management and administration tasks.
