Location: Linmer Day Nursery | Hockcliffe | LU5

Contract: Permanent | 37.5–40 hours/week | 52 weeks/year

Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30

Salary: £31,928–£34,382.40 per annum (pro‑rata) | £15.35–£16.53 per hour

About you:

You're an experienced Early Years professional who loves inspiring others and supporting children to thrive. You'll bring:

  • A DfE‑approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting, with the confidence to lead a room and support the development of others.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS, creating engaging, child‑led learning experiences and acting as an outstanding Key Person.
  • The ability to coach, motivate and empower colleagues, creating a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, building trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • A genuine commitment to safeguarding and delivering exceptional outcomes for every child.
