Childbase Partnership seeks a Team Leader (room-based) for Babies at River View Day Nursery, Hertford. Fixed-term contract to end of June 2027, 36–40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year, with varied shifts Mon-Fri 07:30–18:30 and options for 4 or 5 days.
Salary £33,150.20–£36,836.80 per annum (pro-rata) or £15.94–£17.71 per hour. We offer generous annual leave, reward days, childcare discounts, wellbeing support, and career development through our academy.
