Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 52 weeks per year

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 07:00-18:30

Salary: £33,793.50 - £38,454 per annum (pro-rata)

About You

You are a confident and experienced early years leader who:

  • Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Currently works in a senior role within an early years setting (e.g. Third-in-Charge, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager)
  • Has a strong track record of leading by example, role-modelling best practice, and supporting colleagues to develop
  • Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice
  • Has experience mentoring and coaching teams to build confident, motivated, and high-performing practitioners
  • Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, prioritising the wellbeing of children and colleagues at all times
  • Works collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to review, evaluate, and continuously improve provision
  • Is confident taking full responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence, maintaining quality and compliance
