Childbase Partnership is seeking a Room‑Based Team Leader to join Linmer Day Nursery, LU5.

You’ll welcome children and families, mentor your team and embed outstanding early years practice within a warm, community nursery.

You’ll hold a Level 3+ EYFS qualification, lead a room with confidence, coach colleagues, and build strong relationships with families while ensuring safeguarding and high-quality learning experiences for every child.
