Childbase Partnership seeks a Team Leader for Cherry Trees Day Nursery in Cranfield to lead a room-based team caring for 0-1 year olds. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with shifts 07:30–18:30 and options for a 4 or 5 day week.
Salary ranges £31,928–£34,382.40 per annum (pro-rata) or £15.35–£16.53 per hour. The successful candidate will hold a DfE approved EY qualification (level 3+), be skilled in EYFS, and drive safeguarding and high-quality observation and planning
