Location: Julia Durbin Day Nursery (OX3 7JU) conveniently located next to Churchill Hospital.
Contract: Permanent | 1840 hours per week | 52 weeks per year.
Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Choose 25 days per week. Shifts between 07:00-18:30.
Salary: £25,937.60 - £32,406.40 per annum (pro-rata) - £12.47 - £15.58 per hour.

About You
You are a caring and committed early years professional who:
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above.
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person.
- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play.
- Observes, assesses, and records children's development to support progress.
- Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building strong and positive relationships.
