Contract: Permanent | 2040 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 07:30-18:30. Choose a 4 or 5 day working week.
Salary: £25,937.60 - £31,158.40 per annum (pro-rata) | £12.47 - £14.98 per hour.

About You
You are a passionate and professional early years practitioner who:
- Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above.
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person.
- Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging activities that support learning through play.
- Observes, assesses, and records children’s development effectively.
- Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive relationships through clear communication.
