Childbase Partnership Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager (supernumerary) at Nature Trails Day Nursery in Rugby. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week across 52 weeks, with flexible shifts from 07:00 to 18:30 and options for a 4- or 5-day week.
You will lead a knowledgeable team, uphold safeguarding standards, manage occupancy, budget and recruitment in partnership with the Nursery Manager, and step up in their absence. Salary ranges £35,178 to £40,033.50 per annum (pro-rata).
