Location: Garsington Road Day Nursery | Cowley, Oxford | OX4 2DQ

Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year

Working pattern: Ideally 08:00-16:30 Monday-Friday, however, we are open to discussing a compressed working week of 4 or 4.5 days.

Salary: £25,389-£30,517.50 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.02-£15.65 per hour

About You

  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer care: You have experience of working in a busy front‑of‑house role, providing a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, answering queries by phone, email and face‑to‑face in a polite, professional manner.
  • You are a skilled IT user: Your attention to detail and experience of using computer‑based systems will ensure you can effectively log enquiries, maintain family records, create accurate invoices and manage queries relating to charges and discounts.
  • You are an advocate for safeguarding: You will ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their well‑being is promoted.
  • You are collaborative: You thrive as part of a team, enjoy building strong and positive relationships with others, are highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and can confidently support the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management and administration tasks.
