The predicted salary is between 29080 - 32240 £ per year.

About the Role

Would you like up to 50 paid days off work a year? If the answer is yes, this is a rare opportunity to join one of our industry-leading 44-day nurseries, where we’re redefining work-life balance in the early years sector. We are looking for an Administrator to join our Head Office team, working full-time (37.5 hours per week, all year round, 9-5). In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for facilities queries across our 45 nurseries, playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and responding to facilities and maintenance queries from nurseries
  • Coordinating, scheduling and tracking repairs and maintenance work
  • Obtaining and managing supplier quotes
  • Chasing outstanding documentation where needed
  • Keeping accurate records using internal systems and databases

What We’re Looking For

  • Delivers excellent customer service with strong communication skills
  • Has experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Thrives in a busy, team-focused environment
  • Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys keeping things running efficiently
