You’re an experienced and passionate early years leader who thrives on inspiring others.
Requirements:
- Level 3 (or above) early years qualification (DfE approved).
- Proven experience managing a large nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and delivering outstanding practice.
- A natural coach and mentor, developing high-performing teams.
- A strong advocate for safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Commercially aware, working closely with senior leaders to deliver on occupancy, financial, and retention targets.
