Requirements: Qualified therapists trained to work with young people, having at least one year post qualification experience working in schools/colleges. Registered with a recognized body such as BACP, HCPC, UKCP.

Role: \’Child in Time\’ is looking for a new school therapist/counsellor to join the team. The post being recruited for is in a Jewish High School in Redbridge. It is a fantastic opportunity to work in an ambitious school with a diverse community (the intake represents the multifaith and multiethnic community in Redbridge). Once part of the Child in Time team you will receive numerous benefits including priority consideration for future counsellor/therapist roles, opportunities to develop into supervision and private work, peer supervision and free CPD.

Child in Time is a counselling and therapy service, pairing exceptional practitioners with schools and colleges. We have a small administrative team and employ practitioners on a freelance basis. This allows us to match the right therapist/counsellor with a setting that suits their practice and gives them the flexibility to work using the models and interventions that suit them, whilst being held by a supportive framework. Our unique selling point is our varied and outstanding network of practitioners and we develop this team through providing networking events, CPD and the opportunity to develop into different areas of work through our range of therapeutic projects beyond standard school counselling, such as staff supervision, private work, workshops and parent support.
