We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our high-quality setting in the heart of Fulham. As the Nursery Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the leadership, operational performance, and day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for all children.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of early years practitioners.
- Compliance: Ensure the nursery remains fully compliant with EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Safeguarding: Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), maintaining a robust culture of safety and welfare.
- Operations: Manage nursery occupancy, admissions, and budgets to meet financial and performance targets.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or a Degree is highly desirable).
