This is a Permanent Full Time or Part Time appointment (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE).
Responsible for providing a clinical consultancy service within an assigned area of specialty across hospital services and external sites; monitoring and developing evidence‑based standards of practice; implementing changes to clinical practice; policy development; educating staff and initiating research and quality improvement activities. Demonstrates effective leadership and role modelling for nurses.
Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
