We have a new and exciting opportunity within CANW for a HR Advisor to join CANW. At this exciting point in growth for our charity the HR Advisor will be a key member of the HR team working collaboratively to help maintain a positive and engaged workplace. The HR Advisor will deliver support across the organisation providing first line advice and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of employment matters, with a focus on achieving positive resolutions.
With a team of approximately 270 employees and ambitious growth plans, this role provides an exciting opportunity to grow with us and play a key part in the continued success of CANW.
This role will be 30 hours per week worked across Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish hours and a hybrid working pattern.

- Salary £30,018 to £32,948 (FTE)
