We are looking for people who are caring and compassionate with excellent communication skills whilst supporting the most vulnerable within a custody environment. This is a great insight for anyone interested in a career in the Police, Legal Services, Probation, Children Social Care, gaining skills and knowledge around the needs of children and vulnerable adults.

Hours of work:

Sessional - hourly paid Midnight to 6am - £22.41 per hour - this rate includes holiday pay. Pattern of work: No set pattern. This is a sessional role to meet the requirements of the Custody sites with no guarantee of hours. Attendance will be required overnight. Rota system in place.

All roles within CANW have a responsibility for the safeguarding of children and adults. This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check checked against the Children’s Barred List.
