Chigwell School seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Trombone Teacher (self-employed) to join our vibrant and busy Music Department. The role will involve one-to-one tuition as well as leading a weekly half-hour trombone club session for Prep School pupils.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with pupils of varying abilities and across a range of musical styles. It is essential that the appointed teacher can inspire students to take up the trombone and support their musical development and engagement throughout their time at the school. They will also be responsible for preparing pupils for examinations with ABRSM and Trinity College London.
