We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fees Administrator to join our finance team. This is a key role responsible for supporting the efficient administration of school fees, ensuring accuracy, excellent customer service, and compliance with financial procedures. This role is available as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining positive relationships with parents and guardians, handling fee queries with professionalism and discretion. The successful candidate will be a proactive and reliable individual with strong numerical and administrative skills. You will have the ability to manage sensitive information and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Experience in a finance, accounts receivable, or administrative role and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems are essential.
