Multi Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join part of their highly successful repairs and maintenance team working within the social housing industry.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own hand and power tools
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high standard
• Good inter-personal and customer facing skills
• Available to work Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
• Must have experience in a minimum of 2 main trades

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient repairs and maintenance services
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in accordance with current Building Regulations, Health and Safety Legislation and Association timescales
• Submit detailed reports / photos upon completion of every job via a mobile device
• To ensure that repairs are completed within the target response times to a high standard to meet the expectations of the organisation and residents.
• Identify and diagnose faults and rectify first time wherever possible
