Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer, facilitating solutions that meet their needs and Chiesi’s objectives.
- Promote Chiesi’s AIR portfolio and implement UK marketing strategies.
- Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
- Build and nurture customer partnerships, aiming to become the respiratory partner of choice.
- Utilise digital and face‑to‑face interactions, embracing new technologies and platforms.
- Gather customer insights and co‑create partnerships.
- Tailor the Chiesi AIR portfolio to customer agendas.
- Deliver KPIs, including Sales, NPS, Project Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Adhere to the ABPI Code of Practice and Chiesi’s policies and company values.
- Support the UK Affiliate in pursuit of its B Corp credentials.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities.
- Track record of delivering consistent sales results against targets.
- Advanced selling and presentation skills.
- Robust clinical and market knowledge.
- Effective planning skills via Key Account Management techniques.
- Business planning skills, including proposal development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long‑term relationships across key customer groups.
- Critical reasoning skills to interpret data and enhance customer planning.
- Robust IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points for new entrants.
- ABPI examination or working towards it.
