Responsibilities:
- Re-forecasting if required and delivering the planned tactical spend throughout the year.
- Ability to work at both ‘up and down’ due to vacant Omnichannel Lead position (Maternity Leave) - supporting the day-to-day executional responsibilities of the Omnichannel Team and driving and reporting on Omnichannel best-practice across AIR as relevant.
- Work closely with Brand/Therapy Area (TA) Strategy teams and Medical teams, supporting the Omnichannel Managers with the co-ordination of/development and approval of campaign tactics and content assets within approval systems.
- Oversee campaign progress via the Respiratory content dashboard/tracker and campaign plans, supporting the Omnichannel and delivering commercial results through such activities; preferable in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar highly-regulated industry.
- Required track record of managing high impact, cross-functional projects, including omnichannel strategy, tactical planning and implementation, stakeholder engagement/management and financial management accountability - budget forecasting and cost-centre management.
- Ideally educated to degree level, preferably in business, marketing or life sciences; will consider relevant work experience.
- Preferred line-management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communicator.
- Desirable, but not required, Veeva document review experience.
- Desirable, but not required, comprehensive knowledge or detailed understanding of the ABPI code in relation to the promotion of medicines within the UK (preferred, however training can be provided).
