We are looking for an accountable and motivated Personal Tax Manager to join our team.
The Role
- Leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients.
- Managing client relationships day to day and providing ad-hoc advice where connected to compliance services.
- Delivering personal tax advisory assignments as a member of multi-disciplinary advisory groups.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters.
- Collectively leading compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency as part of the tax management team.
- Playing a key role in driving, creating and maintaining a positive team culture.
Your profile

- Demonstrated expertise in personal tax: application of subject‑matter expertise to provide high‑quality service to clients with complex compliance needs and advisory matters.
- Relevant management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to clients.
