The Role
The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of client relationships and providing ad hoc advice to clients to support them in their financial journey.
- Oversee and manage a client portfolio, including review of statutory financial statements and management accounts.
- Interpret financial statements and summarise key insights and impact for clients.
- Coaching and developing of team members.
- As part of the management team, you will collectively lead department operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives within department to support firm goals, aligned to our strategic pillars.
- Proactive identification of opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
- Ensure high technical standards in client work and internal processes through review and providing clear guidance on complex matters.
