Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities: Operational Excellence Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly. Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware appropriately. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement. Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. Teamwork and Growth Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Seek personal development opportunities and solicit feedback. Other duties as assigned. This position may vary across brands. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn and adapt to company technology. Ability to work mostly standing during shifts. Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork. Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired. Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; includes use of headset. Regular attendance and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required. Physical Requirements: Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift). Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift). Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
