Join the Chickpea Group Team! We’re on the lookout for a passionate, hands-on General Manager to lead The Manor House Inn in Ditcheat, where amazing hospitality comes first. This is a role for someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving standards and inspiring a team. If you love great food, leading from the front, and creating an environment where both your team and guests feel genuinely looked after, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be at the heart of everything we do; overseeing day-to-day operations, building a strong, motivated team, and ensuring the pub runs smoothly, profitably, and with real personality. We’re all about doing things properly, paying attention to the little details, and delivering genuinely great hospitality every single time. As General Manager, you’ll set the tone, uphold those standards, and make the place your own.
