What you’ll do:

  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation across all our pubs
  • Step into different kitchens and quickly adapt to each team and setup
  • Run busy shifts in the absence of Head Chefs, ensuring smooth operations and high standards under pressure
  • Support new pub openings, menu rollouts, and seasonal changes
  • Cover holidays and provide stability during rota gaps
  • Help train and develop junior chefs and kitchen teams
  • Work closely with Head Chefs to uphold brand standards and improve performance
  • Monitor stock, prep levels, and ordering where needed
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and team performance
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive, professional kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
