What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspire, mentor, and help manage the kitchen team, building a culture of excellence.
- Take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations—stock, prep, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to craft innovative menus, specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is consistent, perfectly presented, and full of flavour.
- Uphold the highest hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards.
- Drive performance, training, and development for junior team members.
