We are on the hunt for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join us at The Grosvenor Arms, Hindon. You will take charge of your own section, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard while supporting and mentoring junior team members. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence. As CDP you will work closely with our Head Chef, Jose, and your day-to-day will involve:
- Ensuring you produce food to our specified standards
- Working busy sessions and helping towards high speed of service
- Working with the team to develop and maintain a fun and friendly work environment
- Helping to reduce food waste and managing stock levels
- Helping to keep up to date with existing food safety procedures

- Preparing and cooking food in a busy kitchen
