The Front of House General Manager reports directly to our restaurant Owner/Operator and serves as the senior leader for all guest‑facing operations. They are responsible for all Front of House staff and for ensuring every guest receives fast, accurate service delivered with genuine, heartfelt hospitality. This leader builds and develops a high‑performing team, drives operational excellence, and champions the systems that keep our Front of House running smoothly and consistently. They are passionate about growing and empowering future leaders, strengthening operational systems, and advancing Chick‑fil‑A Liverpool’s long‑term vision for culture, performance, and growth. How YOU will make a difference:

  • Lead a Front of House team that delivers remarkable hospitality every shift to every guest — by setting clear service expectations, investing in staff development, and holding the bar high through ongoing coaching and performance oversight.
  • Keep our Front of House running smoothly — overseeing the daily flow of orders, seating, and dining area standards.
  • Lead with energy, keep the team focused, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Monitor key metrics including payroll, productivity, wait times, and guest experience scores, using them to drive daily improvements.
  • Partner closely with the Back of House team to keep the operation in sync and guarantee fast, accurate, on‑time delivery of every guest’s meal.
  • Uphold quality checks that keep taste, presentation, and consistency at the heart of everything we do.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with genuine care and professionalism — resolving every situation promptly and leaving each guest feeling heard, valued, and delighted.
  • Drive LEAN initiatives across Front of House operations — identifying inefficiencies, acting quickly, and using team input to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Help build and drive a training plan that empowers every Front of House team member, shift leaders included, to deliver our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy with real confidence and consistent excellence.
  • Plan our Front of House Hospitality team’s recruitment initiatives, bringing in new Team Members and building strong induction plans that set them up for long‑term success.
  • Own cash management across the restaurant — ensuring registers are accurately maintained, transactions are handled correctly, and all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Lead with servant leadership and flexibility — stepping into any role the business needs while inspiring and equipping your team to perform at their best.
