Responsibilities include
- Create unforgettable Guest moments and experiences.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to Guests.
- Serve Guests efficiently at the till using point of sale systems.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with Guests, Team Members, and third parties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front of house environment.
- Maintain, hand over, and close down a clean and safe workstation.
- Champion high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
- Support opening and closing of the restaurant in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the Owner/Operator during launch and beyond.
- Adhere to all training standards and operational procedures.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and consistency on every shift.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
About you
Experience in fast food, restaurant, or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
Comfortable interacting with Guests in a busy environment.
Calm under pressure and able to work at pace.
Flexible, proactive, and willing to support the wider team.
