The primary responsibilities of the Supply Chain Specialist role are to manage the day to day and ongoing performance of Chick-fil-A’s UK distributors and manufacturing partners, ensuring distributors adhere to key contractual performance metrics and maintain optimum on-time, in-full deliveries and product availability to Chick-fil-A restaurants, whilst also liaising with our partners to ensure they have up to date stock forecasts. The main point of contact for escalation support for operators.
