The role involves joining the Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Team Member. You will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery, and plumbing. You should be organised in your work and able to react quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience in plumbing or a decorating background will be favourable.
