The role involves joining the Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Team Member. You will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery, and plumbing. A keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations are essential. You should be organised in your work and able to react quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience in plumbing or a decorating background will be favourable.
