We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a high-volume restaurant serving fresh, quality food, proudly holding 1 AA Rosette. This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie (minimum 2 years) or a Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up. You will support the senior kitchen team in delivering high standards, leading by example, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
What we offer:
- Competitive basic salary plus tronc
- Flexible role (full-time or variable hours)
- Shifts primarily between 11:30am and 9:00pm
- Tronc is paid additional to basic rate of pay
- The role can boost between Hourly or 40 hour salary equivalent
