The Role… We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant serving fresh quality food. As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role.
