As the Regeneration & Growth Manager, you will be at the helm of delivering the Chichester City Regeneration Strategy, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including local businesses, government bodies, and community groups, ensuring impactful and lasting transformation across the city. Whether it’s enhancing public spaces, driving sustainability, or leading the creation of new developments, you will be the driving force behind a bold vision for a greener, safer, and more inclusive city.
Chichester District Council is embracing an exciting period of growth and change, and you will be a key part of our Property & Growth management team committed to not only advancing regeneration but also helping to navigate the challenges and opportunities brought about by Local Government Reform.
We’re looking for an exceptional leader with a wealth of experience in urban regeneration, project management, or a related field, ideally within the public sector. You should bring a proven track record of successfully delivering regeneration projects, developing collaborative relationships, and managing large-scale initiatives. Your strategic vision will be matched by your ability to inspire, motivate, and engage teams and stakeholders alike. Navigating complex political landscapes with confidence and a sense of vision will be key to your success in this role, as you will be tasked with delivering projects that align with both long-term community goals and sustainable urban development.
