Overview
As well as experience of supporting students, the Pastoral Support Tutor role requires you to understand their support needs. You will be highly motivated and have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines, and proven time management and organisational skills.
Salary: Pro rata of Β£27,785 – Β£30,364 per annum (i.e. Β£13,892.50 – Β£15,182). Working pattern: 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team to provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis, including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have a fulfilling experience.
