About the Position
Worthing College Academy of Sport seeks a dynamic Netball Coach to coach and support the Netball Performance Programme, work closely with Academy staff to deliver a high‑quality student experience, help athletes balance sporting excellence with academic achievement, and contribute to the culture and ethos of one of the country’s top FE sports academies.

Working Pattern
- Monday 2‑4pm – training
- Wednesday 12‑4pm – matches
- Friday 2‑4pm – training

- Pro‑rata salary of £25,783 to £26,972 per annum (approx. £4,202.47 – £4,396.26)
- Market supplement of £23,088 per annum (≈£3,763.20); subject to the Group’s Market Supplement policy
- 8 hours per week, 32 weeks per year

- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with continuous service), bank holidays, college closure days, wellbeing day and option to purchase up to 5 additional days
