Are you passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential? We\’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learner Mentor. In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to students across a range of courses.
  • Help learners overcome personal, social, and academic barriers to success.
  • Work closely with curriculum teams, support services, and external agencies to ensure learners are fully supported.
  • Promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive engagement in learning.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Experience working with young people or adults in an educational, mentoring, or support capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners to support learner progress.
  • A flexible, empathetic, and learner-centred approach.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
