Qualifications

You will have recent industry experience and/or a teaching background in Health, Social Care or Early Years, alongside a passion for helping learners achieve their potential. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is essential.

Salary and Working Hours

Pro rata of £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (i.e. £15,394.39 – £24,004.39) plus pro rata of £610.08 Crawley Weighting (i.e. £338.02) for 20.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
