An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Services Team at Crawley. This role will have a key focus on providing administrative support to the team, helping them meet the needs of our customers. You will be proactive in responding to student and parent enquiries, able to work effectively under pressure, and responsive to both customer and team requirements. You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive relationships with students, parents, managers, and external stakeholders. You will also support the wider Student Services Team with activities that promote the Group and enhance the learner journey.   • Provide an efficient and effective administrative service for the Student Services Team, handling enquiries from staff, students, and key stakeholders, including schools, members of the public, and external agencies. Maintain diaries, databases, records, and reports.
  • Deliver high-quality support to staff and students, ensuring excellent customer service, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Prepare and issue documentation and correspondence to support the department's operations, ensuring information is accurate and communicated in a timely manner.
