As our Lecturer in Brickwork, you will:
- Play a key role in developing learners' technical skills, industry knowledge and confidence as they prepare for successful careers in the construction sector.
- Undertake teaching activities in the curriculum area, ensuring a high quality of provision, in response to learners' needs.
- Ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying or a related construction discipline
- Level 2 qualification (GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant industry experience
- Understanding of health and safety requirements within the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others to succeed
