Brighton Met College is seeking a Lecturer in these essential fields to join our fantastic team and help shape our students' future careers in a sector that is key to each and every one of us.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lectures and learning experiences that develop students' knowledge and equip them with the skills needed to excel in their care careers.
- Facilitate engaging teaching sessions, support student progress, and maintain up‑to‑date subject knowledge.
Career Development
We offer a fully funded Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship, plus other alternative options.

Working Pattern
25.9 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Fixed‑term maternity cover for up to one year, or until the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner.
Compensation
Pro rata salary: £27,785 – £43,325 per annum (i.e. £19,449.50 – £30,327.50).
