37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Pro rata of £25,783 - £26,972 per annum (i.e. £23,403.03 - £24,482.27), plus £553 Crawley Weighting allowance. This term-time role involves coordinating and monitoring industry placements and meaningful work experience opportunities for students on full-time study programmes. You will deliver targeted group presentations, lead workshops, and provide one-to-one support to help students develop confidence and employability skills. The role supports a welcoming, student-focused environment with diversity celebrated, collaboration encouraged, and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor industry placements and meaningful work experience opportunities for students on full-time study programmes.
  • Deliver targeted group presentations and lead workshops to prepare students for the world of work.
  • Provide one-to-one support to help students develop confidence and employability skills.
  • Work with staff, students, and external employers to ensure successful placement experiences.

  • Proven customer service experience and ability to communicate with a wide range of people, including students, parents, and external stakeholders.
