Chichester College Group (CCG) is seeking an Employer Engagement and Skills Development Officer to join our Adult Skills team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with employers, DWP partners and other stakeholders to understand workforce needs and co‑design training that reflects local and regional priorities. You’ll promote a range of adult learning opportunities, including Skills Bootcamps, and support learners throughout their journey – from recruitment and engagement through to achievement, progression and positive destinations.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver targeted outreach, ensuring programmes reach the right learners and employers. You’ll also ensure full compliance with Department for Education requirements, providing accurate data and reports while maintaining a strong focus on curriculum quality, learner support and impactful delivery. The role includes delivering career preparation and workplace skills training to help adults build confidence and succeed in employment.
This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, builds relationships with ease and is passionate about adult learning and community impact. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will help you thrive as you support learners to achieve and progress.
