Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Teaching and Learning Manager for Visual Arts & Media, Social Sciences & Law. The salary ranges from £44,630 to £48,774 per annum for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

As the Teaching and Learning Manager, you will work collaboratively with a motivated cluster of curriculum teams to design, develop, manage, and review programmes across different curriculum areas, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high-quality learning and provision. Your work will enhance the student journey at Worthing College, providing a memorable learning experience.

Applicants from any subject background will be considered, and your subject background does not need to be in Visual Arts & Media, Social Sciences, or Law. You will also positively impact staff within your curriculum team by supporting them to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment through coaching and advice while encouraging innovation.

This role requires you to teach 3 hours per week, allowing you to lead by example and maintain your teaching craft. The teaching requirement can be fulfilled within any area of the Worthing College curriculum.
