Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Teaching and Learning Manager for Visual Arts & Media, Social Sciences & Law. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a motivated cluster of curriculum teams to design, develop, manage, and review programmes across different curriculum areas, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high-quality learning and provision.
As a Teaching and Learning Manager, you will positively impact staff within your curriculum team by supporting them to enhance and improve the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment through coaching and advice, while encouraging innovation.
This management position requires you to teach 3 hours per week, allowing you to lead by example and maintain your teaching craft. The teaching requirement can be fulfilled within any area of the Worthing College curriculum.
