Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is seeking a Teaching and Learning Manager for Maths, Computer Science, Health & Social Care, and Early Years. This role offers a salary of £44,630 - £48,774 per annum, with 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
As the Teaching and Learning Manager, you will work collaboratively with a motivated cluster of curriculum teams to design, develop, manage, and review programmes across different curriculum areas, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high-quality learning and provision. Candidates from any subject background will be considered for this post.
Your work will ensure that the student journey at Worthing College is exceptional, providing students with a memorable learning experience. You will also positively impact staff within your curriculum team by supporting them to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment through coaching and advice, while encouraging innovation.
This management position requires you to teach 3 hours per week, allowing you to lead by example and maintain your teaching craft. The teaching requirement can be fulfilled within any area of the Worthing College curriculum.
